Working outside the Netherlands
Are you going to work abroad? As long as your Base Country remains the Netherlands, you will continue to participate in the Dutch Shell Pension Fund, irrespective of the country you live and work in. Your state old-age pension will only be accrued if you physically live and work in the Netherlands. See SVB.nl for the effects and the options to insure yourself voluntarily.
