Working more or fewer hours and leave
We will calculate your pension accrual on the basis of your salary. If you decide to work more or less, your salary will increase or decrease and your pension will be affected too. Your pension will be automatically adjusted to the new number of hours you work. You do not need to notify us of anything. Parental or unpaid leave
If you take (part-time) unpaid leave for some time, for example, parental leave, you need to know 3 things about your pension:
- You will continue to participate in the pension scheme.
- You will accrue none or less pension. It all depends on the number of hours you work during this leave period.
- Your partner’s pension, orphan’s pension and disability pension will continue to be arranged.
