Beginning of 2024: Principle agreement Future Pensions Act
Negotiations between the Central Works Council (COR) and the employer are still ongoing.
December is needed for further negotiations
The COR and the employer Shell Netherlands are currently discussing the necessary adjustments to the Shell pension schemes. The COR’s negotiating team was released from other work in December so that it could spend full time on the negotiations. The COR and the employer aim to share more information in early 2024 and Shell Pension will of course keep you informed.
