We will inform the Tax Authorities about your pension contributions
The Tax Authorities checks if participants in the Shell Net Pension Scheme comply with the requirements for waiver of capital gains tax. For this reason we inform the Tax Authorities each year about the contributions paid by you. This is referred to as tax disclosure ('renseignering').
The check only includes the contributions for the Shell Net pension scheme. We will inform the Tax Authorities about the net contributions paid by you in the period from 1st January, 2022 until 31st December, 2022 before 1st February, 2023.
