MFA Register

To log in safely without DigiD, please register again.

Your personal portal my-Shell pension has been updated to meet the latest security requirements. We therefore ask that you register again using the authenticator app on your mobile phone. We will then link your personal portal with your authenticator app once again. This way, we will be certain that next time you log in, it is you.

This is how you register again:

1. First remove your current registration for my-Shellpension in your authenticator app on your mobile phone.
2. Log in with your user name and password. Click on Login.
3. Use the authenticator app on your mobile phone to scan the QR code: you will then see a six-digit code.
4. Enter the six-digit code in the QR‑code box. Click on Check password.
5. Your personal account is now once again linked to your authenticator app.
